Prices and conditions

All prices, terms and conditions of purchase shown in or any of its affiliates websites are exclusively for sales made through our online store. They are not necessarily the same prices, terms and conditions in the brick and morter store VALLFER (Lluís Pericot 60, 17003 Girona) or other related sales channels. The conditions offered in online store don't force VALLFER to offer them in any other channel than online sales.

Shipping and collections

VALLFER sent without cost all orders over 100 € (VAT not included). Orders that do not reach this amount they will charge invoice delivery. For shipments in Spain this charge is 7.50 € (VAT included). If the purchase is made outside Spain the position may be different. VALLFER can ship to all ports món.Per know the exact position of sales made outside Spain, do all the buying process and our website will calculate the shipping cost.
All orders confirmed product in stock before 17h are shipped the same day. From 17h, will be sent the next day. Our warehouse prepares orders Monday through Friday. Confirmed orders from 17h on Friday are prepared següent.Dins calculations preparations and deliveries do not count holidays.

Our orders made in Spain are normally sent by MRW Halcourier or Recader Cardenas. These carriers have committed to deliver orders to our customers before 24h. VALLFER can not be responsible for delays beyond its responsibility or mistakes in the direction or the data filled by the customer. For any problem in the delivery must be notified by telephone (+34) 972 411 480 or email and will be solved as soon as possible. Customer is responsible for controlling damage in shipping. Any damage must be reported to (+34) 972 411 480 or mail within 24 hours following receipt of the material.
Transport damage not reported within this time may not be charged or VALLFER or transport companies.
The client can also pick up your order at the store so VALLFER (Lluís Pericot, 60, 17003 Girona) and any delegations MRW. In the delegations gathered in the same position applies MRW deliveries in the case of shipments.


VALLFER has three return policies depending on the type of product purchased:

* All orders for products in stock, the customer has 30 days to return them. The purchase amount will be refunded to the customer by the same form of payment used in the purchase. There will not be refunded the amount of transport charges and other processing fees.

* All orders for non stocked products,  it will be studied by VALLFER and by the manufacturer of the product, VALLFER rreserves the right to accept or reject the return, and apply, if necessary, a surcharge for the costs of administration, repacking or adaptation of the product.
If VALLFER accepts the return, it will be done in store credit.

* Items on special order, after 24 hours of order confirmation, can not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

In this online store, all items are specified if they are in stock or not (availability) and if they are of special order or not.

If the customer has doubts about the possibility of return or the possibility of receiving samples before the order confirmation, the best option is to consult by phone +34 972 411 480 or by email In all cases, VALLFER applies a freight cost for their return. Once the material arrives at our warehouse, all products will be revised. All returned products must to be in original packaging and in perfect condition for sale. The costumer can return the order for their own, with freight costs paid for the costumer and with a VALLFER prior authorization.
The amount of the order, discounting all charges (delivery, administration fees...) will be returned by a payment method according the availability of the product. VALLFER reserves the right to refunds in store credit for a future customer order.


In the cancellations of products in stock, we will refund the amount paid.

Cancellations of products in special request order, the customer only has 24 hours to its cancellation. After 24 hours, the order can not be canceled. 


VALLFER accepts any of the following forms of payment:

* Credit card: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and AMERICAN EXPRESS. At the end of your order you will be redirected to the POS payment. This POS belongs to Banco de Sabadell.

* Bank Transfer: This option will ben only considered as valid if you pay the full amount of the order. In the concept of the transfer must include the customer's name and order number. The order will be processed once we receive the payment transfer in our account. When you make the purchase, once the chosen option, our website indicates the bank and the account number.

* Paypal: Once selected this option when purchasing finailtzi will be redirected to the official Paypal to make payment.

* Cash on delivery: Orders for this payment will be sent by MRW that will charge your order in delivery of the material. This payment is a minimum charge of 3 € for administrative costs. VALLFER charged only the amount of the order with deliveries, without recàrec for service on delivery. The cost of this service is that the website is provided for guidance only. The final amount is the responsibility of MRW.

* Customers with an account credit for professional VALLFER other channels of purchase, can be used in shopping online. Once registered with the username and made the order, this option will appear next to other payment methods to be chosen.

Secure Payment

VALLFER system uses SSL to ensure that data of our clients are not seen by others. In addition the IP (identification number) of computers from which you perform purchases are stored to prevent the use of stolen cards. This number is considered conclusive evidence to make any complaint.
The payment gateway for credit card is managed by Banco de Sabadell, SA, the Paypal payment gateway is managed by Paypal (Europe) S.A. r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. are those banks that guarantee maximum security payment.
